The application for Project Daisychain is in the box below. Fill it out and send it to daisychainmods@gmail.com in the body of the e-mail, with the subject line "Application For (YourCharacterName)." Please remember to read the rules and FAQ before applying.

All sections of the application must be written in your own words. Do not copy and paste any part of it from websites, Wikipedia or anything you haven't written yourself.

The OOC section questions are, we hope, fairly straightforward. You do not need to volunteer a personal LiveJournal or AIM sn if you don't want to, though you will need an AIM sn to participate in chats with your fellow players. You must, however, provide an e-mail address for our contact list.

Remember that you don't need to have seen Cloverfield to apply to Project Daisychain. And please note that there is no age limit to this roleplaying game, but we will be enforcing the rule about marking any adult content appropriately.

Character name, series, gender, age, and sexuality should all be self-explanatory. For the rest, please see the explanations in parantheses within the application. Erase the explanations before sending in your app.

To give an example, Flonne from Disgaea could normally cast several hundred strong spells daily; in DC she can cast less than five of her more powerful spells, and only once or twice a day. Describe how your character's powers are limited. Please also note that your character won't have any of their weaponry or special items when they get to the city.) <b>Manhattanite or outsider?</b> (Was your character living in Manhattan before the attack, or is he or she being pulled in from another world?) <b>History:</b> (There is no formal length requirement for this section, but we recommend at least a long paragraph. This should be your character's history, not an entire canon history. Cover their background and recent events, including what point in canon you're taking them from. If your character doesn't have a very detailed history, be sure to note that.) <b>First-person POV journal sample:</b> (An example of a journal post from your character. A good length is between five and ten sentences, though feel free to write more if you desire.) <b>Third-person POV rp sample:</b> (What you would write for your character in a log or a narrative. It can be any situation you want; just show us your style of roleplaying. We are looking for your ability to convey your character's personality through your writing--actions, thoughts, dialogue, etc are all good tools with which to do this.
